FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: particles, forming layer of firm condensate, are accelerated up to given speed in technological zone. Before particles depositing on base, stiffness of separate areas of its surface is changed and being kept in changed state in process of depositing. In some cases simultaneous change of stiffness of depositing hard condensate is made. The most optimal, from technological point of view, methods of stiffness changing on corresponding areas of base and condensate layer are described. Presented method allows to increase quality of depositing on base shape covers of given thickness and at significant degree expands sphere of its use due to providing high degree of accuracy of condensate layer parameters of thickness and shape.
