The blades are parallel and can change their attack angle and rotate in the horizontal plane. The carrying member is made up as a rope with clamps for coupling with the blades. The blades are provided with stabilizing tails and synchronizing thread connected to their end parts. The rope is coupled with the energy converter and support through a flexible member.
