FIELD: mining industry, protection of channels of workings against action of air shock waves. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for increase of survivability of mine workings under action of air shock waves with minimal capital and operational expenses. With this in mind there are made sections of holes with conoidal broadenings across entrance to rock and chambers of broken rock at ends of holes at such distances from channel axis that protection of channel of mine working is ensured and loss of strength of rock mass in close vicinity is not observed. As result of mentioned procedures protection of mine workings against multiple action of air shock waves with various parameters, action autonomy, reliability, adaptability to conditions and economical efficiency of manufacture and operation are achieved.
