FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: flexible collar of reserve seal is fitted on shaft sleeve at spaced relation over housing of reverse seal for axial displacement forming chamber brought in communication with leakage drain line. Fixed contact ring is mounted in reserve seal housing. Flexible collar is fitted on shaft sleeve in plane of end contact with sleeve at linear contact. Leakage drain line is provided with sensor which stops the pump at excessive pressure. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
