FIELD: petrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: proposed catalyst contains oxides of ferrum, bismuth, molybdenum, magnesium, nickel, mixture of potassium and cesium and optional component. Essential formula of said catalyst is AaKbCscMgd NieFefBigMo12Ox where A is one or more elements which are chosen of group contenting cobalt, manganese, chromium, phosphorous, sodium, tungsten, antimony and cesium. Mentioned above coefficients have value as follows: a= 0-1.0, b= 0.09-0.4, c= 0.015-0.4, d=0-2.25, e=4-6.2, f=1.8-2.5, g= 0.45-1.0, ( b+c= 0.1-0.4) and x being number according valency of said elements.
