FIELD: chemical concentration of oxide-bearing manganese ores. SUBSTANCE: leaching is conducted by mixing ore in ratio of 1:(4.5-7.5) with saturated solution of calcium chloride with subsequent addition to pulp of reducer in amount of 1-1.5% heating the pulp up to 220-240 C in countercurrent heater and pumping it for 0.75-1.0 h through battery of autoclaves. Pulp is heated up to 220-240 C and subsequently added with iron chloride to produce concentration of iron chloride in solution of 7.5-9.0% 7,5-9,0% FeCl2. Then, pulp heated up to 220-240 C is pumped over for 1-1.5 h through second autoclave battery. After leaching, pulp is cooled in countercurrent heater up to 80-90 C into it. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl
