FIELD: metallurgy of manganese; hydrometallurgical processing of high phosphide carbonate ores and mixed manganese ores, as well as concentrates or wastes obtained during their physical concentration for production of manganese-enriched low-phosphide concentrate used for production of high-grade manganese alloys or direct alloying of steel. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes preparation of starting materials with the use of circulating solutions, leaching of manganese by hydrochloric acid, filtration for separation of filtrate from residue obtained after leaching, washing, settling of manganese from filtrate by lime milk suspension, filtration accompanied by separation of manganese-enriched concentrate from master solution followed by washing it with water and evaporation of master solution at obtaining calcium chloride; washing of leaching residue is performed by part of master solution; washing of manganese-enriched concentrate is performed at two stages. EFFECT: reduced power requirements required for evaporation of solution; reduced losses of manganese to 0.2-0.02% of amount introduced into cycle; possibility of complex use of raw material due to use of all components; possibility of application of waste-free technology; reduced consumption of water and toxic emissions. 2 dwg, 6 tbl
