FIELD: acoustooptics. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to receiver-frequency meter in particular. Acoustooptical deflector has acoustic line and piezoconverter located on its butt. Converter includes first strip electrode oriented along axis Y+36° of crystal of acoustic line, piezoelectric film and two outer electrodes having square shape parallel to each other. Working bends of square have pins directed in opposition located above inner electrode and form radiators. Certain choice of distance between radiators provides for their connection close to cophasal one. Starting sections of outer electrodes have different length forming phase shift between lattices of radiator ensuring interference of acoustic beams with formation of single-lobe directivity diagram of increased intensity. Acoustooptical deflector has working band of frequencies 1.5 GHz with central frequency 2.5 GHz and diffraction efficiency not less than 4 per cent/W.
