FIELD: microwave devices for radio signal processing. SUBSTANCE: device has sequence of piezoelectric elements in piezoelectric layer which is located between overlapped parts of upper and lower electrodes which are joined to sound guide using lower electrode. Upper electrodes are designed as sequence of strips, meander or rack. Lower electrode is designed as half-plane. Piezoelectric layer has variable depth along sequence of piezoelectric elements. Start of each previous piezoelectric element in sequence is located at increased distance from start of next one in direction of increased depth of piezoelectric layer. Length of strips, meander or rack pins is increased from pin to pin in direction of increased depth of piezoelectric layer. Space between start of one piezoelectric element and start of adjacent one as well length of corresponding strip, meander or rack pin depends on resonant frequency of this piezoelectric element. In addition distance between start of one piezoelectric element and start of adjacent one conforms to condition of length of piezoelectric element strip of λ/4, length of meander or rack pins is equal to λ/2, where λ is wavelength in upper electrode for resonant frequency of this piezoelectric element.
