FIELD: physics, measurement.

SUBSTANCE: acoustic-optical deflector includes light and acoustic guide based on parallelepiped-shaped piezo electric crystal, upper face of which carries surface slit piezo converter consisting of two metal electrodes in form of convex symmetrical figures with maximum size in their central part. The electrodes are oriented towards each other with their convex parts.

EFFECT: extended work frequency band of acoustic-optical deflector.
