FIELD: mining engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves sorting drilling waste products by sizes before filling the accumulating store house on intensively filtering sites of the accumulating storehouse. A screen preventing the accumulation is made. Its thickness is selected to provide for permissible level of filtering by discharging small-sized fractions of drilling waste products. Large-sized fractions of drilling waste products are discharged over the weakly filtering and screened sites of the accumulating storehouse. Drilling waste products are stored and separated by size by applying multistage process of purification to form large-sized, medium-sized and small-sized fractions of the waste products collecting them in separate stock containers isolated corresponding to separated adjacent fractions. Drilling waste products with colloid and small-sized fractions useable in constructing the screen preventing filtration are accumulated in the process of well drilling under conductor using ecologically harmless drilling fluid. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in storing waste products of drilling without exerting harmful influence upon environment. 3 cl, 2 tbl, 4 dwg
