FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: heater has boiler with a combustion chamber, sprayer, pump for supplying fuel, fan, and pump for pumping cooling liquid. The heater also has generator of low-temperature plasma having anode and cathode, the first of which is formed by the housing of the sprayer and the second is constructed as an electrode housed in the hollow ceramic insulator secured to the sprayer housing. An additional opening is made in the ceramic insulator which connects the space of the ceramic insulator with main line for supplying air through Pitot tube. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
