FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engine. SUBSTANCE: proposed method comes to forming air flow and air low-temperature plasma flow, activation of hydrocarbon fuel by formed flow of air low-temperature plasma and quenching of obtained products of plasmoelectrochemical pyrolysis, control of intensity of previously formed air flow, direction of controlled air flow and flow of previously quenched products of plasmoelectrochemical pyrolysis to expectation and mixing area of engine for their mixing, compression of obtained mixture to self-ignition and recording at each working cycle, of changes of crankshaft rotation acceleration, and/or pressure in combustion chamber, and/or changes of acoustic vibrations at fuel combustion process, measuring interval of desynchronization and reducing, at following working cycles, of measured mismatches of recorded physical conditions of engine by changing composition of fuel mixture and its chemical activity.
