SUBSTANCE: method involves insertion of n-port into medium absorbing electromagnetic radiation and measurement of its electromagnetic radiation before and after at least one electric signal is applied to n-port. Device has metering box 1 built up of top part 2 and bottom part 3, n-port 4 under test, contact device 7 with contacts 8, strip buses 9, conductors 10, power supply 11, and indicating antenna 12.
