FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a measuring integral circuit with elements with tunable parametres, the input of which is connected to a noise generator of a piece of a transmission line, the output of which is connected to the input of the measured four-pole, and a noise coefficient metre. Additionally, the measuring integral circuit includes the second piece of transmission line at the output, two capacities, a resistor, inductance, two contact platforms for power supply to the measured four-pole. Elements with tunable parametres are made in the form of field transistors with a Schottky barrier. Control voltage is supplied to the gate of the field transistor from the corresponding source. Resistance value of the resistor is higher by an order than the value of wave resistance of the piece of transmission line at the input; inductance and capacitance values are determined from mathematical formulas.
EFFECT: enlarging working frequency band; improving measurement accuracy; simplifying the device.
