FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a metering integrated circuit with tuned parameters, the inlet of which is connected with a noise generator by means of a central conductor in the form of a section of a transmission line, the output of which is connected with the inlet of the metered quadripole, a metre of noise coefficient. The metering integrated circuit comprises the second central conductor in the form of a section of the transmission line, two reservoirs, a resistor, an inductance, an element with tuned parameters in the form of a field transistor with Schottky barrier and two contact sites for supply of power to the metered quadripole. The value of resistor resistance is next larger value of wave resistance of the transmission line section at the inlet, values of inductance and capacitance are determined from mathematical formulas.

EFFECT: expansion of operating frequency band, higher accuracy of measurements, simplified device.
