SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a biologically active gastroprotective agent. The method of obtaining a biologically active gastroprotective agent through the extraction of plant raw materials is characterized by the fact that dwarf pine needles are used as raw materials, for which the crushed raw materials are extracted through a flow of liquefied freon under conditions of increased operating pressure in the extractor of 0.40 MPa, and the freon is supplied under a pressure of 0.7–0.9 MPa, the duration of flow extraction is 3 hours, after which the raw material is mixed with a 60% ethanol solution in a raw material: extractant ratio of 1:(9.8–10.2) and treated with ultrasound with an operating frequency of 50 kHz and a power of 100 W in pulsed mode at a temperature of 75°C for 2 hours, the resulting ethanol extract is concentrated in vacuum, and the remainder of the plant material is mixed with water in a raw material:extractant ratio of 1:8 and treated with ultrasound with an operating frequency of 50 kHz and a power of 100 W in pulsed mode at a temperature of 75°C for 2 hours, the resulting aqueous extract is concentrated in vacuum, then the concentrates after ethanol and water extractions are combined, the mixture of concentrates is dried at a temperature of 60°C and a pressure of 0.1 atm for 8 hours, the resulting dry residue is ground to a powder state.

EFFECT: above method ensures the production of a product with increased gastroprotective activity due to the active substances contained in the drug.
