SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing an extract containing myo-inositol from sea buckthorn leaves. The method of obtaining an extract containing myo-inositol from sea buckthorn leaves involves extracting plant raw materials with a solvent in a mass ratio of 1:10 at 40–80°C for 30–40 minutes with constant stirring, filtering and evaporation of the liquid part of the extract at a temperature of 40–80°C in vacuum 0.07–0.45 kgf/cm2, cooling the resulting powder, and the process begins with preliminary freezing of plant raw materials, which used sea buckthorn leaves, with a slow freezing speed of 0.1–0.3 cm/h for 20–30 minutes, keeping the raw materials frozen for 15–20 minutes, defrosting by serving heated to 40–80°C of an extractant, which uses a 40% aqueous solution of ethanol.
EFFECT: proposed method makes it possible to obtain an extract from sea buckthorn leaves containing myo-inositol.
