FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for producing preparation of phenol nature from vegetal raw materials. Above method is characterized by fact that Birch wood greens, and/or sea-buckthorn, and/or peach is extracted with water at ratio 1:10-1:20 at 30-80 °C under pressure of 0.1-1.0 kgf/cm2 for 10-45 min while constant stirring, obtained marc is drained, to remaining mass added 20-60% of water from initial volume, repeatedly extracted under same conditions, marcs are combined, marc liquid part is evaporated in vacuum-evaporator at temperature of 30-80 °C under vacuum of 0.05-0.9 kgf/cm2, concentrated marc is cooled down to 2-10 °C, further concentrate is filtered or centrifuged.
EFFECT: invention provides high output of biologically active substances of phenol nature from herbal raw material, high concentration of polyphenols and flavonoids and other biologically active substances, wider spectrum of action of obtained marc.
