FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: front surface of the plate consists of shelves and V-shaped grooves disposed at an angle to the cutting edges. The shelves are made with the height of 1.8-2.5 mm separately from the grooves and are disposed parallel to the cutting edges. In this case the distance of the protrusions from the auxiliary cutting edges is by 0.1-0.5 mm more than from the main ones making up 1.7-2.2 mm. The angle of expanding the grooves near the relief for the longitudinal sharpening is by 1-5 less than near the relief for the transverse sharpening. The maximum width of V-shaped grooves is 1.1-1.4 mm. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of sharpening the titanium alloys. 9 dwg
