FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: plate consists of screw front surface with alternating front angle that reduces from cutter top. In order to increase efficiency of curling and crushing of coming off chips during cutting of processed materials that are different in their mechanical properties, screw front surface is made as interrupted and contains discrete screw surfaces in the form of steps in the quantity from 3 to 5, which have same height and width.
EFFECT: improves process efficiency.
