FIELD: liqueur-vodka production. SUBSTANCE: infusion of mixture of Rhodiola rosea and Leuzea carthamoides D.C. are prepared. By two-fold infusion are prepared infusions of mixture of Hierochoe and of leaves and sprouts of Rhodiola rosea. Fruit juices of dry mountain ash, Aronia melanocarpa recens and honeysuckle are also prepared. All said infusions are mixed and are blended together with citric acid, apple alcoholized juice and aqueous-alcohol liquid to concentration 40 Thus prepared blend is allowed to stand, mixture of mentioned above fruit juices being added to it. After sustaining blend is filtered and bottled. Proposed composition contains (kg): root of Rhodiola rosea 2.5-3.5, root of Leuzea carthamoides D.C. 2.5-3.5, above ground part of Hierochoe 0.5-1.5, leaves and sprouts of Rhodiola rosea 0.3-0.6, apple 100-1100, dry mountain ash 100-110, Aronia melanocarpa recens 200-215, honeysuckle 90-100, citric acid 20-30, sugar 900-1000, aqueous-alcohol liquid the rest.
