FIELD: wine-making industry; preparation of wines and drinks. SUBSTANCE: in order to intensify processes of typification and to give wine natural taste, alcohol, before blending, is digested on grapevine in the amount of vine 0.5-25%. Infusion is carried out till accumulation of sum of extractive and flavoring substances is composed 0.1-2 g/cu.dm. Alcohol proof is 10-96.3% vol, and temperature of digestion is from 10 to 78 C.
