FIELD: molecular biology. SUBSTANCE: method involves amplification of viral DNA using primer consisting of 26 links at the following nucleotide sequence: GATGGCCCAAAAGTTAAACAATGGCC and primer from the 31-st link at the following nucleotide sequence: TTCTCTTATTAAGTTCTCTGAAATCTACTA, and multiplied fragment is detected after hybridization with the labeled probe consisting of 36 links: CTCCATTTAGTACTGTCTTTTTTCTTTATGGCAAAT and the probe on the carrier consisting of 32 links: ATTTCTACTAATGCTTTTATTTTTTCTTCTG. Simultaneously, viral DNA amplification is performed using CH 26 and CH 27 as primers. In this case gel is stained with ethidium-bromide.
