FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method for detection of cattle leukemia and immune deficiency provirus DNA by multiplex PCR is desribed. It also discloses a kit for performing the method, which comprises two pairs of forward and reverse oligonucleotide primers for the detection of enzootic leukemia and immune deficiency of cattle.
EFFECT: proposed invention group can be used in research and veterinary medicine.
