FIELD: test equipment. SUBSTANCE: centrifugal test bench for materials testing uses a foundation, platform with a rotation drive mounted on it, coaxial clamps for securing the material test specimen, one of which is installed for rotation on the platform, and a device for creation of torque load having two rigidly coupled inertia weights with a drive of their radial travel. The device for creation of torque load is made as a face plate with guides, whose axis of turn is at a certain distance from the platform axis of rotation, the inertia weights are installed in the face plate guides for antiphase displacement relative to its axis of turn, mechanism for transmission of rotary motion from the face plate to the test specimen, including a support secured on the platform, bevel gearwheel secured on the face plate coaxially with its axis, and a gear conjugated with it and coupled with the movable clamp through the support, two face plate angular position limiters secured on the platform, and the other clamp is rigidly secured on the platform.
