FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing X-ray examination with obligatory tomography of the injured lung to be compared with previous radiographic examination documents. Joined aspergillosis is diagnosed in case of extended duration bronchopneumonic processes by means of detecting a foam cell pattern in the region adjacent to the zone of the main lesion of the pulmonary tissue. A detected radiological symptom being combined with bacteriologic examination data (pathologic material inoculation) and blood serum immunochemical analysis data showing aspergillosis antibodies titres equal to 1: 1600 and higher enables the diagnosis of aspergillosis joining the main pathologic process to be set. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy in diagnosing the cases of aspergillosis joining extended duration bronchopneumonic processes.
