FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to phthisiology and is intended for prediction of development of drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis (DR TB). On first 3-5 days after arriving at hospital as risk factors in point estimation determined are: discharge of bacteria, clinical form of tuberculosis; spread of tuberculosis process in lungs; category; contact with patient with tuberculosis, abuse; patient's social status; sex; age; tobacco smoking; terms of fluorographic examination; type structure building of blood serum facies; collection of pathological markers of necrobiosis in blood serum facies. Sum of points is calculated and if it equals 1-7 points, probability of DR TB development is estimated as low, 8-12 - as moderate, 13-19 - as high.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to realise correction of chemical therapy of patients with high risk of DR pulmonary TB development.
