FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device operation is based on plasma ray radiation formed as a result of electric discharge in noble gas flow. To produce it, the feeding net voltage in the device transforms into low-voltage constant voltage. Commutation switching is carried out in low-voltage part of the electric circuit, when changes in device operation take place. The device is switched on by means of making contacts with device dischargers in mechanical way. EFFECT: simplified structure; enhanced reliability and safety of operation of the device. 2 dwg
