FIELD: chemical and pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: wastes of stomach mucous membrane of slaughtering animals after producing pepsin are used as raw material for production of antitoxic compound. Said wastes are alkalized to pH 4.5-6.5, homogenized and heated to 50-80 C. The process is followed by cooling to 1-6 C, aqueous phase being separated of fat. Then mixture of equal amounts of polyglucin and) hemodes preparations is added and incubation within 1-2 h at 20-40 C takes place. Then evaporation to (1/5-1/10) of origin volume is carried out, residue being precipitated at 2-6 C with the help of 4-6 volumes of ethyl alcohol. Before drying residue is dissolved in water and thus prepared solution is filtered. Quantity of mentioned above mixture is 12-14 of volume of aqueous phase. Proposed compound is effective as protective mean against poisoning by bases, nitrites, alkaloids, glycosides. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
