FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has radiation source reflector, hollow barrel fixed on the reflector with working end, light guide to be brought to irradiated place and screen mounted on the other end. The screen is made in the form of moving-out gate mounted behind the reflector. Concave mirror is introduced into the design, the mirror being set along the reflector optical axis behind the screen. The reflector has central opening and is optically coupled with its working surface through the concave mirror and the central opening to the light guide. The reflector and/or the concave mirror surface have changeable curvature radius. The hollow tubus is attachable with its working end to the reflector central opening peripheral border by means of threaded connection to enable the reflector to change its surface curvature radius, when rotating about the optical axis. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in treating tubular cavities and areas on skin of the human body with concentrated solar light radiation and controlling position and supplied power of the light spot. 2 cl, 3 dwg
