FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: this apparatus incorporates radiation source reflector, tube whose working end portion is secured to reflector and whose other end portion carries light guide for irradiating area to be treated, screen made in the form of extensible shutter and positioned downstream of reflector, and inverse mirror disposed downstream from screen for longitudinally moving along optical axis of radiation source reflector which has central opening and is optically connected to light guide via inverse mirror and central opening. Screen may be provided with set of replaceable light filters. Alternative embodiment of disclosed invention includes radiation source reflector, tube whose working end portion is secured to reflector and other end portion carries light guide for irradiating area to be treated, screen made in the form of extensible shutter and positioned downstream from reflector, image transmission system, and inverse mirror having central opening and disposed downstream of screen for longitudinally moving along optical axis of irradiation source reflector which has central opening and is optically connected to light guide via inverse mirror and central opening. Image transmission system incorporates two consecutively positioned inclined flat mirrors disposed downstream of inverse mirror and optically associated with light guide via central opening of inverse mirror and reflector. Screen may be provided with set of light filters. Image transmission system may have rotatable mirror resting on support and optically connected to reflector. Inverse mirror may have concave surface facing reflector and disposed downstream of reflector. Its focus can be adjusted inside light guide.
