One part of layer of small balls shapes figure 4, which contains small 1 which are made from material which refraction index differs by 6% from refraction index of adjacent balls 5. One part of reflecting surface 2 may be covered with colorful transparent cover 6 which differ by color from adjacent parts of reflecting surface 2 for foreground of figure 4. Balls 1 in this case are mounted on cover 6. One part of reflecting surface 2 may be made from material that differ in color from adjacent parts of reflecting surface in order to foreground figures. Device may be used in design of road signs, information panels, screens, advertising panels, car number plates, special elements to be detected in dark, credit cards, and so on.
