FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: valve has housing 1, seat 2 and positioning mechanism 4 mounted on housing 1 in bearings 3, gear wheel 7, and lever 9 mounted on shaft 8 of the wheel. The positioning mechanism has rack 5 coupled with the rod of hydraulic cylinder 6. Stop plate 10 is mounted on the lever. The positioning mechanism is provided with lever 11 connected with hydraulic cylinder 12. To open the gas-sealing valve hydraulic cylinder 6 is actuated. The rod of the hydraulic cylinder moves rack 5 and simultaneously rotates gear wheel 7 together with lever 9 mounted on shaft 8 and stop plate 10. In so doing the stop plate rotates about the axis of shaft 8 and moves away from seat 2 by a given angle. Hydraulic cylinder 12 is then set in operation. The cylinder is coupled with the positioning mechanism 4 through lever 11. When lever 11 moves, the positioning mechanism rotates in bearings 3 of housing 1. In so doing lever 9 together with stop plate 10 move away from seat 2. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 dwg
