FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: valve has body 1, seat 2, and valve plate 3, mounted on stick 4, equipped with holder 5 with toothed sector 6. Body 1 has drive shaft 7. Shaft bearing 8 has holder 5 of stick 4 and revolution mechanism 9 with toothed sector 10 and synchronizer 11. Shaft drive 7 is on to open the valve and stick 4 along with valve plate 3 turns around shaft 7 until horizontal position of toothed sector 6. Valve plate 3 parts down from seat 2 of body 1, and toothed sector 6 engages toothed sector 10, that is ensured by synchronizer 11. Rotation mechanism drive 9 is then on. Toothed sector 6 along with holder 5 on bearing 8 turns concurrently with toothed sector 10. Stick 4 along with valve plate 3 is moved aside from seat 2.
