FIELD: ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of introducing into a furnace before metal discharging a mixture in quantity (7.5-19.8)kg/t of steel, containing mixed slag after storage of blast-furnace vanadium- containing cast iron, waste of production of electrode graphitizing and of secondary aluminium, and also lime or limestone in relation respectively 1: (0.2-0.5): (0.3-0.6):(0.2-0.6). At process of discharging a melt (after a ladle had been filled by the metal up to (1/7-1/3 of its volume) introducing a mixture into the ladle, the mixture, had been taken in quantity (5.0-7.8)kg/t of steel, contains a converter slag of vanadium conversion, waste of production of secondary aluminium, lime or limestone and fluorspar in relation respectively: 1:(0.03-0.08):(0.03-0.06):(0.02-0.07). A relation of the mixture quantity, had been introduced into the furnace and into the ladle, consists (1.50-2.54) and a relation of total quantity of vanadium pentoxide and aluminium, had been introduced together with the mixtures, consists respectively (0.63-1.27).
