FIELD: ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method involves cold rolling and reeling strips into rolls; annealing in hood-type annealing furnaces. Strips are heated at temperature range of 400-600 C for subsequent annealing, with heat rate being determined by empirical dependence, with aluminum and nitrogen content in steel being taken into account.
