FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: each complex is provided with an armchair for a patient made in form of personal working place mounted in guides of common underframe around the common control desk inside of omnidirectional action light-receiving unit made of organic glass as an optical dome carrying a number of movable members connected to an optical member to provide for natural illumination of the working places. The common control desk has computer with external memory unit and video control unit, channel selector unit having observation object movement speed measurement device and common power supply source. Computer output ports are connected to the input of auxiliary adjustment and control unit, which outputs are connected to the corresponding inputs of devices for examining, treating and preventing myopia. Zone under treatment on the observation object controlled by the latter devices is displayed on the screen of the video control unit by using pickups of minimum and maximum distance, program correctors, channel selector and to-the-right and to-the-left inputs of the computer keyboard. The optical dome light receiving unit envelope has an inlet opening made as a slit-type air intake unit with gates and having air condition units and electric convector units. Outlet in the upper part of the optical dome has a built-in forced exhaust ventilation fan and air ionizer made in the form of chandelier screen mounted coaxially beneath the fan. The devices for examining, treating and preventing myopia are pivotally attached to the patient armchairs. The armchairs have electric drive units in the lower part to be movable relative to the light-receiving unit of the optical dome and the common control desk made in form of truncated cone and having a spatially movable armchair of operator physician. The members for controlling the mode of natural illumination are placed in the guides of the optical dome, the members have the form of protection screens made of a kind of light reflecting material like fiber glass fabric or white color nylon. The protection members are connected with electric reeling units of reversing operation mode circumferentially spaced around the optical dome base. Devices for installing the complex in selected direction on the wide variety of terrains are represented by mechanical lifting devices and bearing plates. Entrance for patients is made between the plates and is provided with microelevator being a suspended device with electronic control unit.
