SUBSTANCE: in the course of processing the electrolyte goes through central channel 5 and radial holes 6 into ring-shaped groove 7, then by way of through channels 8 to zone 19 of processing by shaping member 2. After that, through longitudinal channels 10 on the outer surface of ring 4 the electrolyte goes into zone 20. In this case the supplementary working members can shape the corresponding surfaces of the blank hole. As the electrolyte pressure inside the electrode-tool in ring-shaped groove 7 and in zone 19 is more than in zone 20, under the action of pressure differential narrow slits 12 of thickening hood 4 ave welged aut. The thickening changes its perimeter and takes on the shape and sizes of the processed hole as it is made flexible of thin-walled dielectric. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 4 dwg
