FIELD: electrochemical treatment of metals. SUBSTANCE: cathode-tool in the form of cylindrical rod is positioned in hollow body with operating end surface, with cylindrical hole and circular cavity. Rod has operating bead, axial and radial channels for delivery of electrolyte. Plastic shock absorber shaped as cylindrical casing with bearing flanges is placed between cathode-tool and body. Locking force flange interacting with pipe is coupled to body. Dielectric gasket and break-through membrane for sealing of cavity are provided in body. Cathode-tool has shaping end part with operating edge, inoperative end part for fixing of center-punch and groove separating the above-indicated parts. Operating bead is provided with trapezoidal recesses narrowing in direction from shaping end part. Groove of preset depth is located on cylindrical casing of plastic shock absorber.
