FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: proposed compounds have formula I R₁ where M is Na, R₂ is OH, C ≡ C-CH₃ is --C ≡ C-OH,,-CH₂-C ≡ CH,-CH₂-CH₂-CH₂-OH, -CH₂-CH=CH₂ or and -C ≡ CCl. Desired product is prepared by reaction of ethyl ester of bromacetic acid of appropriate methyl amino derivative of compound I followed by alkali hydrolysis thus prepared ethyl ester. The former reaction is carried out in the presence of nitrogen base. Desired products have valuable pharmacological properties. EFFECT: improves quality of desired product. 2 tbl
