FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: proposed compounds have formula I R1 where M is Na, R2 is OH, C ≡ C-CH3 is --C ≡ C-OH,,-CH2-C ≡ CH,-CH2-CH2-CH2-OH, -CH2-CH=CH2 or and -C ≡ CCl. Desired product is prepared by reaction of ethyl ester of bromacetic acid of appropriate methyl amino derivative of compound I followed by alkali hydrolysis thus prepared ethyl ester. The former reaction is carried out in the presence of nitrogen base. Desired products have valuable pharmacological properties. EFFECT: improves quality of desired product. 2 tbl
