FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: compounds of the general formula I where R1 hydrocarbon radical with 1-18 carbon atoms which can involve one or some similar or different heteroatoms linked with steroid nucleus by carbon atom; R2 hydrocarbon radical with 1-8 carbon atoms; X residue of pentagonal or hexagonal cycle which can be substituted and nonsaturated; grouping C=A at position 3 oxo-group, free or blocked in the form of ketal, grouping of the formula grouping C=NOH, grouping C=NOalC3, or grouping CH2,, and alC1, alc2 and alc3 radical is alkyl with 1-8 carbon atoms or grouping aralkyl with 7-15 carbon atoms, and B and C form together double bond or epoxy bridge as well as their additive salts with acids used as an agent for breeding synchronization in swine dams. Agent is administrated to swine dams at the dose 1-3 mg/kg mass at 109-114 day of swine gestation. After 20-30 h of agent administration 92% treated animal breed piglets.
