FIELD: producing laminated honeycomb structures. SUBSTANCE: method for producing laminated honeycomb structures includes layer-by-layer powder particles spray-coating on a substrate using a spray, with spraying by gas-dynamic method using gas heating. A mesh or perforated plate of plane or curvilinear shape are used as the substrate. Additional substrate is installed behind the substrate to form air layer between them. Additional substrate is of minimum adhesion capability to powder particles. Powder size is chosen to be less than that of mesh or perforated plate cell. Substrate degreasing and activation are performed before spraying. The device has a fixture of gas-dynamic spraying supplied with base meshed or perforated substrate, and additional substrate subdivided with a partition. The substrates are installed on a holder with mechanism for reciprocal and rotary motion. Photo- chamber with spraying block is placed inside heat exchanger and is connected to it with permeable meshed partition. EFFECT: increased productivity and accuracy in manufacturing laminated honeycomb structures. 3 cl, 5 dwg
