FIELD: drying of farm produce. SUBSTANCE: installation is comprised of a casing accommodating humidity and temperature transmitters, tray guides and trays for material to be dried. Casing is wound with insulating material, provided with protective frame and has an inductor winding. Humidity transmitter is connected with a regulator of voltage delivered to inductor windings. Humidity transmitter is connected with relay amplifier which, in turn, is connected with fan drive. The fan is connected with casing through a hole and perforated air ducts. Time relay sets the time of drying and periodical energizing of electromagnet which uses a lever and a vibrator spring to reciprocate the trays with material to be dried.
