FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: in drying chamber there installed are flanges-air ducts with possibility of adjusting inclination angle, which are hollow and provided with upper surface; at that, fans and heaters are connected to flanges-air ducts separately, and on lower surface of flanges between flange and device for adjusting inclination angle of the flange there located are weight sensors; device is equipped with vibration charging mechanism, heating loop in which the waste drying agent is used as heat carrier for pre-heating of raw material.
EFFECT: improving quality of products owing to decreasing mechanical damage to raw material.
