FIELD: production of liqueur and vodka. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition of vodka contains sweetening component, aromatic alcohol and aqueous-alcohol liquid; their quantities are 0.8-2.8 l and 5.0-15.0 kg respectively. Said quantities are used to prepare 1000 dal of desired vodka. Sugar is used as sweetening component and aromatic alcohol of beach bud being used as aromatic alcohol. EFFECT: improves quality of desired product.
