SUBSTANCE: composition contains per 1000 dal of final product: sugar, 20-25 kg; ascorbic acid, 1.1-1.5 kg; sodium bicarbonate, 1.19-1.63 kg; aromatic alcohol prepared from 1.3-2.6 kg of buckwheat groats in terms of air-dry condition, 4.0-8.0 l; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance up to strength of 35-45 col.%.
