FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: composition contains aqueous-alcoholic liquid based on ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra", potable water which is free from salt on installation of reverse osmosis at the rate of 50% vol of blending, flavory alcohol of rye fermented malt, fortified natural birch juice and sugar at the following ratio of ingredients, l/1000 dal: flavory alcohol of rye fermented malt, 10-50; fortified natural birch juice, 10-90; sugar, 15-25 kg; aqueous-alcoholic liquid based on ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" of 40% vol, the balance. EFFECT: production of ecologically clean product; increased organoleptical properties; broadened assortment of Byelorussian national products - special vodkas.
