FIELD: instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: well-known device two-frequency navigational equipment of users of space navigation systems, types NAVSTAR (USA) or GLONASS (RUSSIA) is used in the capacity of ionospheric sounder in order to increase number of measurements of electron concentration of ionosphere of the Earth, to enhanced fullness of sounding of ionosphere and to reduce cost of generation of information on electron concentration. EFFECT: increased number of measurements of electron concentration, enhanced fullness of sounding and reduced cost of generation of information on electron concentration.
