FIELD: radio communication. SUBSTANCE: radio communication method involves formation at transmitting side of modulated radio signal for reflection from troposphere, reception of radio waves scattered over inhomogeneities of atmosphere and extraction of information. Modulated laser radiation which source is in the middle of path is used for creation of scattering region in higher areas of atmosphere. Modulated laser radiation leads to excitation of audio waves which provides for inhomogeneities in atmosphere. Use of optical quantum generator ensures guaranteed formation of inhomogeneities in various layers of atmosphere, two times increase of transmission range as well as growth of energy potential of path by one order. EFFECT: two times increase of transmission range, growth of energy potential by one order. 3 dwg
